* SWTOR uprated neither automatically, AND doesn't even offer a cursor-rescale option. The UI elements rescaled to the new pixel count, and the cursor did as well. * Allods Online seemed to pick up the resolution change and just worked. * FFXIV uprated the pixel-count size of the cursor, but didn't rescale the UI. (it's slightly bigger because of the increased size in inches, but not much bigger.) GW2 also picked up the resolution change and rescaled the UI automatically, although not fully. * GW2 has essentially the same sized mouse cursor as before, in *inches*. The extra size is good, and the increased contrast and brightness are good, but let's look at what some games do: First, you will need to open Windows Settings, you can use the Windows key + I keyboard shortcut, or you can right-click the Start menu and select Settings. I just upgraded from a 24 inch 1080p monitor to a 28 inch 4K (2160p) monitor. What matters is that the cursor does not adjust for the UI scaling factors, nor for the pixel-count resolution of the screen. TV for my monitor and the tiny mouse is hard to see move around the screen.ĭoesn't matter what size (in inches) your screen is. I too would like to see the ability to change the size and color of my cursor. 2 Click/tap on the Pointers tab, and do step 3, step 4, step 5, and/or step 6 below for what you would like to do. It is a shame that nothing has been done. 1 Open the Control Panel (icons view), and click/tap on the Mouse icon. I see this suggestion has been sitting in the suggestion box for almost 4 years.
